I'm looking for a dependable guy or company with his own truck and equipment who can take on more gutter cleaning work. These jobs would be mostly two story homes although there will be a few singles. I receive 2-5 calls per day from people that I cannot service right away. When it's raining it's 5-20 calls per day. I would refer these customers to you and you would speak with them, set your price, and schedule an appointment. After you do the job and get paid you pay me 1/3rd of the labor charged and the customer is yours moving forward. The average price for a 2 story home is $300.00 so you would keep $200.00 and pay me $100.00. If you offer window cleaning or pressure washing you can up sell them on that also and you would not have to pay me for that service. Only the gutter cleaning. You must have gutter cleaning experience and be comfortable on a two story roof. You must also be willing to get licensed and insured as most of my customers come from Yelp and expect a professional to service their home.
