Looking for someone with 1 season plus experience in landscape maintenance. What We Do: -Commercial and residential property maintenance include; Mowing. Trimming. Edging. Pruning. Minor irrigation repairs and programing. Fertilization and pest control applications. Truck and trailer operation. Fall clean up. Irrigation winterization. Etc. -Year-round employment available through the winter months. Winter work on commercial property de-Icing with increased pay rate and end of winter season bonus based on total hours worked. -$17.00 to $26.00 per hour with paid time off available after probation period. We offer: -Scheduled reviews for training and advancement with raises. -40 to 50 hours per week. Most weekends are off -Paid training for industry related licensing (Ornamental Herbicide and Insecticide Applicator) -Smaller, Non corporate company where everyone knows each other and there are not endless meetings -We have long term employees What we require: -Must be a minimum of 18 years old -Have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record -Able to perform physical tasks involving lifting 50lbs and a willingness to work outside in Idaho weather conditions -Have passion and pride for improving properties.
