Hello, I am an Acoustic Guitarist / Performer... seeking an affordable, quiet, safe, practice location (or mill space), with 24-hour access. I will not be practicing with a band or playing any "loud" music... since, I am a "solo" performer. I am just seeking a safe place, in which, I will be able to write and practice quietly, without the need of using amplifiers, microphones, ect.
