We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance technician for our Property Management Company. Role of maintenance technician: Installing new appliances and fixtures in apartments, such as dishwashers, refrigerators, or carpeting. Performing basic repairs on plumbing, electrical wiring, or other components in apartments that are not functioning properly. Maintaining apartment complexes by performing tasks such as landscaping, painting, cleaning, and repairing walls. Repairing broken items in apartments, such as faucets or cabinets. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters, replacing filters in air conditioning units, and performing plumbing repairs.
