Offering free Studio with all the bills pd at our Wichita Apartment Complex for a maintenance person to live on site and perform maintenance duties that include but not limited to make readies, service calls, and all maintenance duties associated with apartment maintenance. This is part time and you would be able work elsewhere. Must have several years of experience in maintenance at properties. You would be an independent contractor and not an employee. This is a no pet and no smoking property. You would need transportation and your own tools and references. Experience in plumbing, HVAC and electrical would be a plus. Hours required to work would depend on your experience. Please include your experience when you respond.
