We are a construction company seeking a skilled construction related supervisor to act as an independent contractor to oversee and complete an ongoing project in Corsicana, Texas. Applicants must be familiar with the permitting department of the city of Corsicana and willing to be onsite during city inspections and communication with the city and subcontractors. Must have experience with residential construction, be professional and able to work extremely well with little supervision. Preferred Qualifications: - Tile Installation and Repair - Plumbing Experience - Electrical Experience - Drywall Installation, Finishing and Repair - Painting -Handyman services All applicants must meet the requirements below. -Must have reliable transportation -Good problem solving skills. -Must be able to follow directions. -We look for ethical people with a good attitude. -Must be motivated individuals.
