Seeking candidate for construction labor. Some knowledge of carpentry and construction very helpful but not necessary if you are motivated to learn under the owner in a face paced construction environment. TECH SCHOOL GRADS WELCOMED TO APPLY. PSK Builders & Realty LLC builds new custom homes, additions, garages, siding and windows, decks, and more. Willing to train motivated candidate as we do ground up construction. Job includes (but not limited to) lot clearing, running heavy equipment, site work, carpentry (framing, trimming), painting, siding, installing doors/windows, decks, kitchen and bath installs. We are based in Lisbon, CT and most (but not all) jobs will be within New London County. Looking for candidate with ambition, self-motivation, and reliability to grow into our company and become a permanent part of PSK Builders. *Must have valid drivers license and own transportation. Most projects we accept are within the New London County area.. Reliability and own transportation a must! No call/no shows will not be invited to return. Zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol on or near the job. * Please note payday is Friday and first check is held back one week as we use a payroll service to direct deposit your pay- no exceptions.
