The Learning and Brain Development Lab at Northeastern University is seeking people ages 18 – 30 to participate in research. Our lab is interested in how learning and the brain develop across the lifespan. Your participation would involve completing questionnaires and playing computer games sitting at a desk or during Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). This study has two separate sessions. The first study session takes 3-4 hours and will be conducted in-person at Northeastern University’s Boston campus at the Northeastern Biomedical Imaging Center. You will receive $15/hr for the MRI portion and $12/hr for the computer games and questionnaire during the first session. The second study session is conducted remotely and will take place approximately 1 day later and would involve playing computer games and completing questionnaires online via a video call. For this remote session, which will last approximately 1-3 hours, you will need a quiet, private location and a computer with a camera and microphone. You will receive a digital gift card valued at $12/hour for participating in this second session. You may receive additional payments (bonus winnings) depending on the game.
