At Square One Solutions we offer both flexible, temporary labor and full-time construction work that suits your schedule with options for daily or weekly payment. The average rate of pay is $15-18/hr for general labor depending on the jobsite location (sometimes prevailling wage $30+/hr!) and increases to the hourly wage are regularly available for long term assignments. We will provide you with the necessary safety equipment if you do not have it already (hard hat, safety vest) and we loan out steel toe boots daily. The OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Safety Certification is required for this work, however as a new employee you can work for up to 14 days while completing the course. If you complete the course within 14 days, we will pay for it! You can take the course on a computer, or even a recent model cell phone- it's too easy! We accept walk in applications Monday-Friday from 8:00am-2:00pm, the process is quick, and you can expect to work the next day! Give us a call for more details or just come on down!
