Found 2 small black dogs with no collar by Pebble Hills/Red Sails. Both are super friendly. One looks like a black ShihTzu and the other is a puppy. They came to my house with another dog, 6 months German Shepherd, but the shepherd took off. Please call me if they belong to you,
