Looking for a motivated individual to join our team for the winter months. This also leads to a very good opportunity for full time summer work following the winter position. We are a hardscapes / landscaping company during the summer and do commercial snow removal in the winter months. This position would assist our large snow removal operation in all duties any given snowstorm. We offer plowing, salting and sidewalk snow removal services. You would have a dedicated truck that would be at our yard ready to go at all times prior to a snow event. During a snowfall we would rely on this position to help our other crews that need the extra help for plowing, salting or shoveling due to other crews experiencing equipment issues or short on operators. We would also like to use this individual for daytime service calls to touch up any areas while our main crews rest. Snow removal experience is a must and skid loader experience is necessary to load salt truck. Clean driving record required. This is a 24/7 on call position and long hours can be expected. Overtime over 40 hrs. Winter bonus after the snow season. Payroll is every two weeks. The truck is a 2019 Ford F-350 with vplow and salt spreader.
