Qualifications: Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references Speak English (conversational okay) Have your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies Have Business Liability Insurance Bank account with direct deposit You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in, and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. Both full-time and part-time are acceptable. We take care of advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% of each job, with the potential to increase to 60% of each job. You're able to keep your already established clientele.
