Performs maintenance on commercial aircraft components. Works to ensure that customer orders are completed within the Repair Group's standards and procedures by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualified on several units and can work independently.
Ensures work is performed in accordance with the operations policy and procedure, including daily verification that all aircraft related material in area is properly identified, maintained, preserved, and segregated.
Ensures the data being used to perform maintenance and alteration tasks is current per the repair station requirements.
Records the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.
Performs the necessary research to assure that technical data and manuals are current and appropriate for associated tasks.
Education / Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Prefer some related college courses, certificate or associate degree. Minimum two years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
