Cat need Rehoming Immediately

I have been fostering this Cat for four years. She is a bit special needs; She is allergic to fleas which is a struggle since my other cat is an outdoors cat. She is timid and skittish. She was rescued from a highway where we estimated she was 2-3 months old. I will move soon, and she doesn't handle stress very well, especially since I am leaving the state. I am looking for someone patient with calm animals or no animals with a gentle touch. I want her to live happily and have been looking for years but need her to rehome now. She has been sprayed and is litter trained. She is a sweet heart when she warms up to you. She loves pets and cuddles. Dislikes loud noises or sudden movements.
