Job description Wanted – Stump grinder who is skilled. We are a fast-growing company and looking for top notch talent to join our team. Responsibilities • Use hand lines to lower limbs and equipment. • Unloads, lays out, prepares, and stows materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite. • Works from the ground using handsaws, and poles saws. Drives trucks, loaders and operates other equipment as assigned such as log movers, chippers, stump grinders, etc. • Services trucks and equipment. Keeps trucks and other assigned equipment in a neat and orderly fashion. Reports the need for repairs for truck and equipment to crew leader. • Adheres to all industry and company safety standards and policies including the use of PPE at all times and helps enforce job safety practices. • Keeps work area and tools clean and orderly. • Perform related work as assigned. their own, reliable transportation Be able to lift 80+ lbs Be willing to learn and take instruction Be willing and able to work long and hard while keeping a good attitude Be willing to work in inclement weather when needed Be enthusiastic about their craft and arboriculture in general Qualifications : • Operates heavy machinery and equipment - maintains stump grinder, chippers, chainsaws, and all other equipment in a safe manner • Prior experience with trimming, liming, chipper, and saw operation is preferred • A clean valid Driver’s License is required • Must be able to carry 50lbs at a minimum and work outside in all weather conditions Benefits : • Competitive Wages - $20-$30 per hour DOE • Paid Weekly • Paid Holidays • PTO • 401K
