Experienced Commercial/Residential Project Manager Needed

Need an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to run projects cradle to grave. Help get the roofing crews scheduled every morning. Following up with Jira and schedules for roof starts, loads, completion, and repairs Commercial and Residential Roofing walks and Inspections with manufacture inspectors ( Duro Last, JM, Carlisle, city and county) Check plans to job sites, be aware of any and all changes and review with foreman, as well as management. Submit change orders as necessary. Attend Pre construction meeting, safety meetings, progress meetings Follow up with sub contractors before project starts, mid project and end project. Have crews attend inspections and make repairs necessary to pass inspections. Provide daily status updates for ongoing jobs every Tuesday morning at weekly meeting. Monitor Budget and make sure the job will not go over on time and material. Make sure all material has been ordered prior to the job beginning. Sales/Estimating experience a PLUS
