Hi all. Older singer songwriter with percussionist partner here. I play mainly Tele guitar on this project (standard and slide) and solid harmonica. BMI co-writing credits with Dominique Toney, Belle Garcia, Wyn Doran and others. Doing originals and a handful of deep cut covers in American roots tradition. Influences include John Hiatt, Tom Waits, Dylan, Delbert McClinton, The Band, Dwight Yoakum and Sammy Kershaw on the one hand and Louis Jordan, Los Lobos, Willie Dixon and Eddie Harris on the other. Looking for a soloist who feels comfortable in some or all of those styles. Open to suggestion on who that might be but a multi-instrumentalist like Hudson would be ideal. Horn, keys, guitar, accordion? Whoever it is would get lots of solo time 😉 Looking to play out a couple times a month in fun originals-friendly venues. 420 indifferent but we don’t drink or smoke at rehearsals.
