Volunteers needed for this year Domestic Violence Awareness month Walk-a-thon for the National Domestic Violence Rally Walking from the Whitehouse to the Capitol for Domestic Violence Awareness month. Looking for volunteers to help on October 1st. Please contact our Coordinator and advisor to ensure you are part of this amazing event. All volunteers must wear black shirts, we will be walking from White house to Capitol You must bring a of bottle water or something to drink while walking. There will be restaurants and businesses along the way to go to the bathroom. You will help to ensure people are not lost, help keep media in places designated and will ensure proper procedures are maintained.
