"Texas invested millions for these wind turbines. During the winter of 2021, Texas endured a storm that wiped out hundreds of these turbines and thus caused a significant power outage, which killed almost 100 people. Texas' governor is Republican, yet the Democrats are calling for a federal investigation that aims to put the blame on Republicans" ............................Texas is not beholding to the government for their power. They are the only state in the union that has their own power grid because they didn't wish to conform with government regulations. The remaining 49 states are on a unified power grid. Texas, being controlled by conservatives and republican leadership made their own choice and it turned out to be a really bad one....not surprisingly. Stupid is as stupid does. There is no Democrat hypocrisy here just a government exploring how Texas could be so inept in managing their power grid and causing deaths. You apparently watch too much Fox News.
