I lost my small, dark green Wallet-purse somewhere between 45th and 58th, near Walnut/Chestnut streets - in the early morning hours (Sept.13) TODAY. Not much money in it, and Debit/Credit card have all been cancelled. What is most Important: ID's - Philadelphia State ID, US Passport Card, Veterans Administration ID, Medical Insurance Card, and COVID-19 Vaccination Card. These are Essential!
