JWCL is hosting a free homecoming dress give-away for teens! New & gently worn dresses available to select from on Saturday, September 17th from 12-4 pm at Sterling Community Center, 120 Enterprise Street, Sterling, VA 20164. One dress free to take home per teen. No appointment or reservations needed. No requirements. No admission fee. Dressing rooms are available. Hundreds of beautiful, formal short dresses are brand new with tags! Every size, style and color dress imaginable! The Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun (JWCL) is a non-profit woman's community service organization that has been serving the community for 70 years.
