Job description Pipe Foreman (Residential Subdivision Civil Construction) About the Company Trinity Underground is a boutique civil construction company specializing in 1 to 5-acre residential sub-divisions. Trinity offers cradle to grave horizontal services from grading thru paving/ C of O for Phoenix area developers and home builders. Trinity Underground is a local grading, paving, and site utilities company that was built by developers for developers. We work closely with the developers to accelerate their ability to commence vertical construction early on in the civil development phase and micro manage the critical path to insure timely project completion. Our offices are centrally located off of 40th street and Broadway right off of Interstate 10! About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager at a Phoenix based company. This position will be responsible for managing the multiple facets involved in the civil and vertical construction process. Responsibilities · Manage all water, sewer, and storm drain systems in a safe and productive manner · Manage multiple people on a single project · Accurate completion of paperwork, reporting, and other documentation to remain OSHA compliant · Help crews with needs on projects such as keeping the pipe installation moving and the site in good working order · Assist Superintendent with creation of three-week schedules · Help crew with safety and with equipment needs · Ensure that the pipe is being installed correctly and efficiently · Help Superintendents manage jobs and projects to make schedules and deadlines as needed Qualifications/Background Profile: · Minimum 2 years’ experience as a foreman in residential new construction · Ability to read plans and decipher any changes that need to be done prior to excavation · Ability to teach and direct foreman as needed to help projects successfulness · Ability to run equipment to help when needed · Ability to excavate a safe and productive trench safe per osha standards · Able to set schedules and timelines needed for PM’s, owners and general contractors. · Ability to perform simple task on computers to help PM’s in Trinity office Job Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $65,000 to $75,000 Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Referral program Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Experience: Foreman: 2 years (Preferred) Civil Construction: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations To apply go to the link provided below:
