$500 SIGN ON BONUS Residential management company seeking a full time handyman. Must be a jack of all trades and have at least 2 years experience. This is a FULL TIME position with occasional overtime. We are seeking someone that can handle turns, work orders, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, minor roof repairs, landscaping, etc. HVAC knowledge is a plus! Must be dependable, a hard worker, have good customer service skills and able to work indoors and outdoors. Open for immediate hire! Pay is $22-$26 per hour depending on experience.
