Hopscotch looking for a forever home!

We are fostering a 6-month-old pup that needs a new home. His name is Hopscotch (though we call him Hop for short). He’s sweet as pie. Gets along with my 3-year-old son, my dog, and one of my cats (the other cat hates dogs period so we knew she’d be scarce). He was adopted from the shelter when he was little but showed up at our door tired and hot a few weeks ago. We tried to find his owners on our own but his chip was not registered. We had to take him to the shelter in the hopes that they could get ahold of his original adopters as well as get a skin allergy(?) looked at (we were originally worried about mange or fleas but the shelter says he looks ok there). Unfortunately, they have had no luck finding his owners and had been having to keep him in crate in a room with hundreds of other dogs. When we found out we could foster him we decided to take him in to make more space at the shelter (and get that sweet boy out of that terrible situation). He’s going to be a large dog, too large for us but probably just perfect for someone else! We love him and want him to find an amazing home (and not end up in the shelter a 3rd time) so we will be particular with whoever adopts him.
