Rehoming needed

This is Smalls. She is a lovable 2 year old mix. I have her DNA results but she is mainly Chihuahua and Jack Russell. It has been such a hard decision to rehome her but we have a 3 month old baby now and Smalls needs more room to play/run. We live in a townhouse with no back yard. She is good with kids and has a buddy (cat) named Biggie. I hate to break them up but its a decision that will be best for her. I would love to see her go to a good family with at least a yard for her to get out energy. She loves to sleep under the covers or bury herself under blankets on the couch with you.
