Job Description:
The Warehouse Production Specialist cans, kegs, and packages all of the beer that we produce in our Detroit facility. This team reports into the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Completes distributor shipments by processing and building beer orders
Prepares orders by building necessary materials such as beer can trays, cartons and beer kegs
Ability to re-pack beers into different sized boxes by using a hand glue-gun
Ability to follow can-line and keg-line production standards, such as:
Properly cleaning and prepping the can line for use.
Following packaging lead instructions about how to use the canning line.
Participating in quality control items such as ensuring the cans are properly weighed out to meet Atwater standards.
Following break-down and clean up instructions to prepare for the next canning run
Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas and the production floor swept of any debris, and all trash taken out by the end of the day
Completes required work delegated by supervisor
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Adequate at working by yourself if necessary to complete related tasks
Competency to complete required Molson Coors online training and on-boarding programs
Ability to lift over 140lbs

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Steel-toe boots ($75 credit towards boots will be applied upon hire)
“Above and beyond”
Bachelors degree in related production/ manufacturing/ supply chain specific
OSHA – Forklift certification (As of 2022)
