We have a number of rental units. Most of our work isn't urgent, but needs to be completed within a few days. On average we have 4-10 hours per week of work, sometimes more, never less. This is not a training position, and you need your own tools and transportation. Reply if you are experienced in: - drywall and plaster repairs - light electrical/plumbing (fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, etc.) - tiling and tile repairs - counter installation and repair - light carpentry, esp. wood flooring - polishing wood floors - touch up painting, spray painting We are reasonable people with over 20 years of experience. Do not reply if you have a drug or alcohol problem, seek help instead.
