Bonded pair of cockatiels for rehoming

Bonded pair of cockatiels. I believe one is male, other is female they were not sexed when I purchased them. Cage, perches, toys etc. all included. I just feel as if I don’t give them the time they deserve. They will whistle and sing. The one will semi sing the song September. Rehoming fee does apply
