Job description Job Responsibilities: Regional Developer is seeking an energetic staff member with strong “team work” mentality. The primary responsibilities of the General Laborer is to assist the Superintendent with construction and development activities for residential subdivisions. This is an apprentice position working directly with the Superintendent. · Maintain cleanliness of site · Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards · Ensure sites are securely locked up upon end of day · Learn aspects of development and vertical construction while working directly under the superintendent · Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary · Follow all company safety policies and practices · Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Be a team player willing to assist all roles in a small home building company Computer experience a plus Detail oriented with strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment Must be able to take direction as well as work independently while remaining very accountable Location will require travel to various communities in the Phoenix area. This is a full-time position that requires flexible scheduling, including Saturdays as needed to accommodate buyer’s schedules. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$28.00 DOE Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift
