APPLY DIRECTLY online at www.alpinemaintenance.com CALL FOR AN INTERVIEW 817-795-6470 RESPONSIBILITIES -Cleans equipment, classrooms, bathrooms, furniture, walls, fixtures, glass, and doors with a germicidal/disinfecting agent -Assume responsibility for the safe use and control of all cleaning chemicals, in compliance with local laws, policy, material safety data sheets, and manufacturer's instructions -Assumes responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed -Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping & vacuuming -Empties trash containers & replaces liners -Clean and polish furniture and fixtures -Cleans interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors -Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, machines and equipment -Cleans and services restrooms; filling all dispensers -Performs other duties as assigned -Work closely with supervisor and report all shift occurrences and problems -Report maintenance problems to supervisor for repair EXPERIENCE: At least 1 years of related experience preferred Skills/Abilities: -Cooperative and willing to work with others -Employee friendly attitude -Ability to follow directions -Must be able to work independently REQUIREMENTS: Evening Availability You must have work authorization Must be over 18 years of age Experience Preferred Basic knowledge of custodial duties and janitorial responsibilities Ability to follow directions and work within guidelines Ability to maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner according to company guidelines and policies
