Description
The Barclay Condominium is offering a full time housekeeper position with the following responsibilities.
Keeping facilities and common areas clean and well maintained at all times.
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Notifying Management of any necessary repairs.
Collecting and disposing of trash on a daily basis.
Assisting residents, guests, contractors and vendors when necessary.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms, breakroom, lobby and office.
Assisting the Building Engineer with any tasks as needed.
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well unsupervised.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Handle basic instructions from Management and the Building Engineer.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents, management
guests, vendors and contractors.
Must be very punctual and flexible with working rotating weekends and holidays.
