Looking for someone to clean our new model homes and our new retail homes before they are occupied. This work entails light cleaning after homes has been completed such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces to remove a light coating of construction dust. Our model homes are in one location and our retail homes are mostly in the west Michigan area. This is a 1099 subcontractor position so liability insurance is required along with reliable transportation.
