My 1 year old rabbit currently lives on my balcony but I feel he needs a space to run and play. He does not like coming in the house which is why it is preferable you have a yard for him to run around in. I have the rest of his food, a little bit of hay and some other basic supplies. If you are new to keeping rabbits I would be happy to fill you in on how to properly care for one so just message if you are interested! He really is a great rabbit and I will miss him dearly but I do not like having him live on only my balcony I think he would be much happier with a fenced in yard to run about in!
