Need help with dog food

It’s our first month having a 2 year old golden retriever rescue. He wasn’t eating the food we got him at all till I got wet food and mixed it with for him and we are out of both the wet and the dry foods. I’ve been making him unseasoned chicken and mixed veggies but. Can’t continue feeding him our food. Especially with his bowel movements having since turned liquid. He and we would be very appreciative of any help with wet or dry dog food. Thank you all for Reading and have a great day
