I have a few little projects I need completed as I clean up this property, including:
1. Painting 2000sf interior space
2. Removing debris from 2nd floor into dumpster
3. Installing awnings outside
4. Installing planters and gravel in back yard area
5. Replacing flooring and paint damaged drywall in restroom
I also have a need for:
roofing installation, drywall installation, electrical updates, plumbing installation (these I can hire specialty contractors, but if you know what you are doing I have even more jobs to do)
Pay is $20 per hour. Hours and schedule are flexible and I will work with your schedule. I prefer someone with their own tools and vehicle and some experience in handyman type work.
