Seeking HVAC certified maintenance technician for large apartment community in Middletown/Franklin, Village East Apartments. Must be HVAC certified. Monday to Friday with on Call rotation. Excellent Pay, Benefits, Life Insurance, 401K, sign on Bonus of $1000. PTO, paid Holidays, Mileage paid for on call.
