Two loud vehicle's in area of Zoller school, Schenectady, NY, 1 Motorcycle and other BMW Silver, that is a second car of owner, with excessive loud exhaust, no front plate, racing around Sheridan. McCallan, Kingston, Wyoming, Motorcycle who lives on Regal, Schenectady Police have been called numerous times, and refuse to ticket for new law on noise. Please notify NY State Troopers and Mayor, and complain, load up the message machine and maybe we can get some peace and sleep... Motorcycle sometimes doesn't wear helmet. BMW parks at Old Sheridan Plaza and smokes weed and yells at his cell phone alot.
