GAF is North America's Largest Roofing Manufacturer and now offering FREE & PAID training to anyone interested in starting a career in the roofing industry Class begins next week: September 20th through the 22nd and will take place in Fontana, CA at 11800 Industry Ave, Fontana, CA 92337 The GAF Roofing Academy will provide entry-level training in Residential roofing basics and fundamentals. The graduates of the program receive: - GAF Roofing Academy Certification -OSHA 10 Safety Certification -Completion of the program provides opportunity for immediate employment with GAF Roofing Contractors throughout Southern California Program Details: -This program will focus on teaching of residential roofing -The graduates of the class will have the knowledge and skills to enter into the roofing industry. -Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing Academy Certified Graduate. -Upon Completion, graduates will have the opportunity to interview with our certified contractors and employers in the area for full-time employment. -Transportation to and from training facility is the responsibility of the attendee, and all attendees must be able to lift 40lbs. - $250 stipend will be paid to attendees upon completion of training. -Graduates will be provided a set of basic hand tools for the entirety of the training. If graduate proves employment in roofing industry following training, graduate will receive an additional $200 Home Depot gift card for personal tools -Light breakfast and lunch provided each day.
