Requirements
• High school degree or equivalent
• License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
• Able to use hand tools / power tools

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Relies on specific instructions and pre-existing guidelines to perform functions of the job
• Loads and unloads materials or parts from paint line to specified area.
• Examines workpiece and dislodges or removes debris from objects.
• Mask and Plug parts that require based on the print that calls them out.
• Handles parts in order to maintain surface finish and part integrity.
• Carefully places, lays or stack objects when coming off paint line.
• Moves finished pallets of painted parts to the next designated operation.
• Transports materials to and from designated location using pallet jack or other authorized moving equipment as needed.
• Maintains good housekeeping in assigned work area.
• Works under direct supervision of department lead and plant supervisor.
• Works effectively with all department personnel and co-workers in a harmonious and cooperative manner to meet the needs and goals established by the company.
• Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor
• Part prep including sand blasting

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
• Hand tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Power Tools: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
