8 Year Old Savannah Cat Needs Loving Home

We have an 8 year old male Savannah cat (f3a) who needs a loving home. We have had him since 12 weeks of age. We purchased a new home 2 years ago and the previous owner had a cat who did a ridiculous amount of damage to the house …all of which was covered with throw rugs, furniture, etc and we didn’t know about until after we took possession. We have dealt with territorial marking since. He saw the vet last year and his blood, urine and fecal tests were clear. We’ve tried meds, diffusers, pulling up carpet, etc It’s become overwhelmingly clear that unless we sell the house and move, this behavior won’t end and u fortunately, that’s not an option. He is a wonderful cat. He is fiercely protective of his people (obviously..as he is doing everything in his power to protect us from the previous cat). He is amazing with kids. He doesn’t like other cats but does great with our dog once they were introduced. They actually love to play chase together. My heart is completely broken over this. But we are out of options at this point and desperately need a rescue or adoptive home for him. He is an average size..long, thin cat. He is not some super cool exotic cat that is going to score you cool points with your friends so please don’t contact me if that’s what you’re looking for. He is INDOOR only and can not be an outdoor cat. He has literally no survival instincts and wouldn’t survive. He will come with his belongings, flea control for a few months and food. Small rehoming fee to an amazing home. Please contact with info about you, questions, etc and I’ll be happy to send pictures. I won’t respond to emails asking only for pictures. He deserves more that.
