Came across this little guy on the side of the highway about two weeks ago. I had posted looking for his owner but no one reached out. He was malnourished and covered in fleas and mats. After taking him in I took him to the vet and got him groomed. He has a small belly hernia and is not neutered. Vet says he’s about 1 year old. I’m not allowed to have animals where I live so I will be rehoming him. text or email preferred.
