MUST BE A LOCAL RIVERSIDE PLUMBER. My front yard has a leak. This same leak happened last year so I already know what the problem is and how to fix it. Must turn off the house water. Dig down about 3 feet in the front yard to the water pipe. Cut out the old pipe (last year the plumber installed a clamp that has obviously failed) and fill the hole back up with dirt.
