The function of the Inventory Associate is to move materials in the warehouse as needed to store and to support the production teams and service logistics team. This includes maintenance of inventory incoming and outgoing physically and systematically on a daily basis. Sustains a neat and well organized warehouse at all times. Shift is 5:50AM to 2:30PM Assist with the support of manufacturing and production line needs by ensuring multiple areas have raw material items replenished daily with direction from the Warehouse Lead. This will be done utilizing various reporting systems to determine requirements and conducting necessary transactions within Oracle confirming inventory accuracy. Lines within production to be replenished are to include but not be limited to chassis, digital, prep, heatsink, labelmaster, prep and AI. Support with the building of ship kits and accessories for items to be manufactured within Costa Mesa facility. This will be done with the direction of the Warehouse Lead. Delivering picked kits and other selected items to designated production drop zones and securing production lead signature as per hand off process. This will be in accordance with agreed upon daily schedule assigned by the Manufacturing Manager. Pulling these kits will involve using Oracle, RF smart scanners, carts, motorized shuttle, computers and at times a forklift. Assist with cycle counts as directed by Warehouse Lead daily per finance policy, using a system generated report that will print automatically daily. Report any shortages and/or concerns to Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Manager. This will include having to count materials by hand and calculator as well as using a scale or forklift depending on the nature or location of the item being counted. Assist with put away of items upon receipt into rack and shuttle locations on a daily basis both physically as well as systematically into Oracle. Placement of items will be directed by Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager. Back up department with other duties and cross-train in other areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the business as well as perform other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements: High School Diploma Required, AA Degree a plus 1-3 years warehousing experience, forklift Oracle knowledge or other ERP knowledge a plus Able to work with little or no supervision in this role Basic to intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
