Industry leading packaging supply company based in Clearwater is seeking a full-time associate. This a great steppingstone opportunity and has a tremendous amount of growth potential! We are looking for a candidate that is eager and willing to learn and grow. This position consists of working within the foam department operating the cutting machine and the gluing machine by placing a foam sheet onto the cutting machine, and pressing down the cutter to cut holes into the foam sheet. On site training is provided. Environment is non-climate controlled, multi-cultural work environment, bilingual is a PLUS! Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime offered) -Assist cutting foam sheets to size with cutter tools and machines -Assisting with operating the gluing machine -Sorting and segregating product and packaging materials -Safely operate machine and maintain a well-organized area -Pull Finished Goods product throughout the day -Safely operate Die Cutter Machine Requirements: -Ability to lift up to 35 LBS and handle foam sheets of various sizes and dimensions -Strong teamwork skills to work in a multi-cultural work environment -Must have reliable transportation -Must be able to stand throughout the shift Starting pay rate: $16.00 per hour with performance-based increases and benefits after the probationary period!
