Full time Maintenance/Janitor needed for condo association on the beach. You will be working RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It is actually wonderful. You can start as early as next Tuesday. I can interview today even. This is a great opportunity to learn maintenance under a skilled employee and further your career. You do not need to know a ton; you just need to be handy and ready to learn! • 40 hours a week • Benefits after 90-days • One weekend day required • On call for emergencies, but very limited and shared with others • Background check required. You do not need to have a perfect background, but you can’t have things like grand-theft auto three years ago or armed robbery.
