LABORERS NEEDED: September 27th-October 3rd Looking for a few more laborers at Shoals Fest '22 in Florence, AL. Location is McFarland Park. There are a few different teams with spots left throughout the week. Most work needed happens during the week 8am-5pm. Stage Crew (27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 3rd): $17/hr - heavier duty site work: setting up steel scaffolding, stage deck and truck dock setup, crowd barricade build, loading and unloading trucks, etc. HIT Crew (28th, 29th, 30th, 3rd): $15/hr - light duty site work, including hanging site scrim, helping setup vendor areas, moving festival supplies, etc. Late Night Load-Out (Sunday October 2nd): $17/hr - 10pm to approx. 2am. Audio/lighting/video/backline load-out on the main stage. Call time is 9pm. Requirements: 18 years or older, closed toe shoes, outdoor-work appropriate clothing (it will probably be hot), heavy lifting abilities, and a good attitude!
