Funny, I remember Dump calling for his "African-American" at his rallies. You know, the black guy they pay to attend his rallies? I think the quote is, "Where's my African-American?" They pay for one in every city, or just bring the first one along. And are sure to place him within view. And he railed against Hispanics in most of his initial rallies. But hey Sausalito, how's that annuity doing for you? Been living long in your parent's home? When did you inherit it? Oh, that's you Chris? How's Toledo doing today? OK let me explain this to you one more time! (sausalito) 1 © craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap A PRESIDENT'S AUTHORITY TO DECLASSIFY DOCUMENTS Yes the president can declassify documents, but there isn’t a set protocol they have to follow A sitting U.S. president has wide-ranging authority to declassify documents The Supreme Court determined in its 1988 decision on Department of the Navy v. Egan that the president’s power over classified information comes from executive authority granted by Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, which says, in part, that the “President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.” There aren’t specific protocols that the president must follow to declassify a document Concerning nuclear information, even if you declassify a nuclear document you cannot share it with anyone who doesn't have the proper security clearance. In the case of Trump there is no evidence let alone accusation he shared documents containing nuclear information with anyone, he therefore didn't break any laws. There are other federal laws in place that bar a president from taking government records, whether they are classified or declassified. Still, breaking those laws – or most other laws – doesn’t automatically disqualify someone from becoming president, because of the simple presidential qualifications that are outlined in the U.S. Constitution. No, being convicted of taking government records would not disqualify Trump from serving as president again. This means even if convicted and imprisoned Trump could run a campaign, win and pardon himself! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What about cuz he is a racist? Can we get him on that? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's highly unlikely as currently we have a President who's racist. Biden: "If You Don't Vote for Me, 'You Ain't Black" which is the most racist statement by a President in modern history!
