Description

I refer you to the Constitution and what it states about qualifications for becoming President because no where in its statement does it stop even a convicted felon from winning the Presidency Article II, Section 1, Clause 5: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. Under the The President Executive Order 13526 the President has the highest authority to classify or declassify any government document and he as Commander in Chief has access to ALL government documents, there is no one or authority to prevent him reviewing ANY classified to top secret document he wishes to see. A President doesn't have to ask for permission from the National Archives to declassify any documents, The President Executive Order 13526 makes no such specification that the NA has authority to demand their permission or consolation. Everyone one has an opinion unfortunately in this case your's is incorrect. Sorry Chris I didn't mean to burst your ballon Ummmm....can you run for office if you're a convicted felon? I don't think so. At least not within 20 years of your conviction. Sooooo, no Dump can't run if he's convicted. And if he can't run, he can't pardon himself. So I guess you're wrong about that. On the documents, yes there is a process through the national archives. So wrong again. Presidents don't get to see everything. They aren't on the top of the classified documents list. Career employees are. The "stupid" is strong with this one. Hi Chris!
