Is Seeing Believing...?
You can help us to understand the neural basis of visual perception and get paid to do it!
How...?
Be a participant in our visual perception studies designed to advance scientific understanding about neural processing. Our experiments involve observing visual stimuli on a computer screen while you make button-presses to respond to what you are seeing. If you choose to participate, you will be compensated for your time based on an hourly rate, and the type of experiment you participate in:
The base rate is $20/hour for all behavioral experiments.:
The rate is $25/hour for sessions which involve electrode placement (e.g., transcranial stimulation and/or EEG recording), and/or which involve MRI scanning.
All compensation is made once you have completed the course of the experimental study. Contact us if you are interested in participating and would like additional information. Please email
or call
to see if you qualify.
Experiments take place in the Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience, Rutgers University-Newark Campus
Aged 18 and older participants only, please.
