I am a pro, but I honestly have neither the time nor the inclination to do the following work to my own home myself; Trim repair / replacement & door adjustment - all interior squeaks in floor - I have done some, but too tedious for me paint - light touch up, but again I HATE doing it and even better if you have stripping & stain experience trim & siding work - exterior, I have Hardie siding and some of this may be a tag-team effort given the scope light plumbing - I want to add a urinal and I BELIEVE we can do this together as amateurs, or do it yourself as a T&M / contract price, doesn't matter to me. Please respond w/ your experience level, maybe a few references, and obviously rates.
